3. If you are creating a Service
Jorvis believes that its service is unique. Therefore, define the variables of your service as follows: Available shifts, Available days, required space, required instruments, target audience, and finally, choose the category.

and register a bank account to receive payments.

Upload photos, chat with others, and receive requests through the Jorvis App

5. If you are creating a Venue
Register your bank account for receiving payments, create a Venue, approve or reject booking requests, request payment for the booking after the event, and receive payment confirmations through the app and email.

Is it safe to make transactions through the app?Yes, Jorvis Art Booking relies on Stripe, the industry-leading platform, ensuring the security of all transactions.

When should I make payment for the Services/Venues and Products?Services/Venues For Services, only release the payment after the service has been completed. Product For Products, only release the payment upon delivery.

How will I know if the payment has been made?Whenever a payment is made, you will receive a Confirmation Email, and the status of your request in the ''Schedule'' tab will be updated to "Paid."

How is my payment processed?Your payment is processed securely using Stripe secure payment gateway.

What is the operational fee charged by Jorvis Art Booking?Jorvis Art Booking charges a 15% fee on the total purchase amount for Products, Service bookings, and Venues.

After being booked and providing a service, how long does it take for the money to be deposited into my account after payment confirmation via email?All payments typically take between 3 to 7 business days to be deposited into your account. All transactions are secure and processed through Stripe. You can check the total earnings to be received by following these steps: Profile > Payments.
